Shipping policy

Everything here ships to your door. No stores, no pickup.

Where we ship

Australia and New Zealand. That is the whole list for now, and checkout will not return a delivery option for an address anywhere else. If you are somewhere we have not opened yet, tell us where, because knowing where people are asking from is how we decide what to open next.

Getting your order out

Your order is picked, packed and dispatched within three to five business days. You will get a confirmation email when the order lands with us, and a tracking number as soon as the parcel is moving. You can follow it on our order tracking page.

That is slower than a shop with its own warehouse, and the reason is honest enough: most of what we sell is bought in for your order rather than sitting on a shelf waiting. We would rather quote the real number than the flattering one.

How long delivery takes

Ten to twenty-one days from the day you order, dispatch included. That is the window we work to, and it is the same one shown on every product page.

The parcel is in transit for six to fourteen of those days. It ships from China, so it is a longer trip than a domestic one, and a customs check can add a few days at either end. If a date matters, a birthday or a trip away, ask us before you order rather than hoping.

What it costs

Nothing. Delivery is free to both countries, on every order, with no minimum to reach and no express tier to upgrade to. There is one service and it is already in the price you see.

Duties and taxes

There are none to pay. Your parcel is shipped from China, and neither Australian Border Force nor New Zealand Customs collects duty or GST at the border on goods valued under A$1,000 or NZ$1,000. Everything we sell sits far below those thresholds, so the amount you pay at checkout is the amount you pay in total, with nothing owing to the courier on delivery.

If something goes wrong

If tracking stops moving, or the window passes and nothing has arrived, get in touch with your order number. We will chase the carrier ourselves rather than sending you to do it.
